Express delivery services such as Sonos, Amazon Prime and Google Express are being offered to US service providers as part of a deal announced by the US company last week.
The deal will see Sonos and Amazon offer their US-based delivery services through a new partner, the American Delivery Express (ADX) platform.
Sonos, which has over 30 million subscribers in the US, has been offering its US delivery service for some time now, but Amazon has been pushing the company to make its US service available on a platform that is faster and cheaper than those offered by its US competitors.
In its announcement, Sonos said it will now offer ADX services on its US platform, which means that the US carriers that will be able to offer Sonos US service will be Amazon, Google and Sonos itself.
Under the deal, Sonus will sell the US delivery services for $10 per month.
The price is only available in the United States and the rest of the world.
For the carriers that offer Sonus US delivery, Sono will continue to offer US-only service through the American delivery platform.
The deal is a first step in the process of bringing Sonos’ US delivery business to the US market.
While US carriers have been able to sell Sonos products on Amazon’s own site, it is the US service provider that will make the move.
It will be interesting to see how the companies’ US business fares once it gets into full operation.
Amazon Prime customers already have access to Sonos services on Amazon, which will allow them to enjoy Sonos TV shows, movies, music and apps, and other services on the company’s Prime Music service.
Google Express and Amazon Prime customers also have access.
“We are pleased to announce the launch of Sonos for US customers.
It’s a major milestone for Sonos as it brings the Sonos delivery service to a much wider audience and brings Sonos with it a much faster and more affordable delivery service,” said Sonos CEO Matt Rogers.
Mr Rogers also pointed out that Amazon’s US delivery partner will offer its US services to other US carriers.
However, Mr Rogers acknowledged that US carriers are not yet ready to offer this service to customers.
“There are a few carriers that are very excited to take Sonos customers, but as they go through the process, they will have to do some work,” he said.
Other US carriers already offer Sonson US service.
AT&T and Verizon both offer Amazon Prime service, while AT&G and Sprint offer Amazon Air for US delivery.
There is also the possibility that US service suppliers will offer Sonuses US service to other carriers as well.
According to a Sonos spokesperson, the company is “looking at many options” to provide US service through its new partner.
US carriers are already offering their own services to US customers, including Uber and Lyft, and there are plans to introduce similar services for other countries as well as international carriers.
