Logitech has added delivery services to the ecommerce and delivery platform it has created to cater to consumers in India.
The new platform, called LogitechExpress, is a collaboration between the tech company and Indian Express, the third largest online retailer in India with over 500 stores across the country.
The platform aims to bring the delivery options available to the Indian online marketplace to an even greater extent, according to Logitech’s CTO, Prabhav Bhat.
The new platform enables users to order items directly from the platform, while also providing a solution to order via third-party apps and websites, including delivery platforms.
The company says that the platform has already received feedback from over 500 customers in India, including over 100 from Logitech stores.
The company plans to roll out the platform in the coming months.
LogitechExpress is a partnership between Logitech and IndianExpress, the world’s third largest ecommerce marketer in India after Amazon and Alibaba.
The two companies aim to provide the widest range of online delivery services in India and the region, with over 50 million customers and over 20 million online retailers in India alone.
