The restaurant has a chicken farm that supplies the meat for its chicken sandwich.
“We are one of the few in town that can raise our own chicken, which is a challenge for the people in our community,” founder Joe Cottrell said.
It’s the kind of challenge that has allowed Cottell to get started, he said.
“I was in my 20s and had been making my own food in my backyard for years, so this was just a way for me to get back into it.”
Cottrell has been making his own dumps for the past three years.
